2008-09 Trail Patrol Checkpoint Weekends

In addition to the regular Trail Patrol activities that are on-going throughout the season within each Club, the Province has announced three specific dates for cross-Ontario Checkpoint Weekends.

With the permit fee increase and the introduction of Classic Permits, checking 2010 permits on trail is especially important this season to ensure that riders are complying and not cheating your club. Trail Patrol plays a major role in encouraging rider compliance; the very fact of their being seen on the trails reminds snowmobilers to get legal.

Once again this season, Trail Patrol has selected three prime weekends in late January and February to “blitz” the province with Trail Patrol presence.

As a reminder, please be sure to sure to have all your required paperwork and a valid Trail Permit properly affixed to your machine.
