Annual General Meeting and Landowner Appreciation Dinner

Our Annual General Meeting with be held at 3:00 pm September 22nd at the Royal Canadian Legion in Wilberforce (1007 Burleigh Road ). All are welcome and encouraged to attend. There will be a financial update, a general overview of the year, an updated list of key trail improvement projects underway and planned, and election of our board members.

Following the AGM will be our first Landowner Appreciation Dinner (Cocktails from 5 until 6 with dinner starting at 6). We’d like to thank Craig McDonald of Wilberforce Foodland and Todd Watling of Wilberforce Service Centre who have generously arranged to provide the dinner for this event, and Angela Penn of the Legion in Wilberforce for donating the use of the venue for the meeting and dinner. It is our way of thanking those people that graciously allow us all to use part of their land for part of the year for our sledding trails. We will be holding a 50/50 draw and a silent auction at this event and if anyone is able to contribute in any way(prizes or ?) we would love to hear from you.
